"I'm a control freak - a VA won't do it the "right" way."

Girl - you know who else is a control freak?! 🙋‍♀️I am!! (My husband has lived with me for 5 years, and STILL loads/unloads the dishwasher the "wrong" way!) But, I firmly believe it's what makes us such great business owners.

What if "different" doesn't mean "wrong?"

Your virtual assistant will do things differently than you - and that's ok!

If the thought asking someone else to write emails to your client's gives you stress hives - don't outsource it! Your VA won't EVER be upset. If you're cool with someone else writing captions that isn't exactly what you'd say, but it still sounds like you - outsource that!

Your VA will have you AND your business's best interest at heart - but if something IS wrong, open that dialogue. There should ALWAYS be trust between you and your virtual assistant. If you don't feel like you can tell them things honestly, you need a new VA. (That's a different topic for a different day.)

It's ok if you're a control freak (remember, I am too.) You just need to outsource the things that can be "different."
